Great Product like most from Universal Nutrition / Well these are 2700 mg whey protein isolate pills. That means that for every pill you take you are ingesting 2.7 grams of pure protein. Hence the large size, you just cannot fit 2.7 grams any smaller. So if you are not up to the challenge of swallowing such large pills you can use a blender and blend them into a juice or shake or if you like you can chew them, although that is not my favorite option. You can also go for the Amino 1900 the pills are much smaller, however the price is higher given that they contain less amount of protein per pill and they are still quite large compared to any regular pills like Centrum and those regular over the counter pills. If you have been of the game of doing serious sports and know your basics about nutrition and have some experience with supplements then you know that the pills do the trick. I’ve done weightlifting for 6 years and I;ve had lots of supplements from universal, so I’m familiar with large pills and large quantities as well. So this is not a problem for me. I now use them to supplement my amino needs for mountain bike cycling I do cross country marathons over 80 kms and I usually take between 6-8 depending on how hard I train and they work fine. All in all good product but beware if you have hard time with large pills. They are really huge jajaja just grab a large glass of water and chug!

You all want Amino Acids in great doses, well… THIS IS IT! At first I thought these pills were big too, but the benefit from them is worth it. I take 3 between lunch and dinner (there’s often a decent break between these meals on work days), and three right before bed. They release slow, and I personally think I have benefitted from there. There’s a ton of servings too. Buy it!
