10/10 I have ulcerative colitis so everything that goes into my body (colon really) undergoes a lot of scrutiny. When I saw this had no whey in it I gave it a shot. I have not been disappointed. It has cooperated well with my system and I’m sure it’s assisting me in putting on some muscle, which is a challenge between being an ectomorph and having UC.
