Good stuff like always / I think that this product is awesome. Enough caff in order to get through my workout and I am able to sleep at night. I dont drink any caffeine except for this and only take it 4 times a week and nothing on my off days. Just so people who drink energy drinks like water dont bash it saying they didnt feel anything. Taste is a little gross but I dont care.

I absolutely love this product / I absolutely love this product. It’s simple and has just enough caffeine for me. I love that I don’t get crazy buzzing or any outrageous jitters like I do with some other pre-workouts. It has 150 mg of caffeine per scoop which is a great amount for me. I just don’t like getting too crazy-amped. The fruit punch flavor is great, and I can’t wait to try the other two. I do add a scoop of plain creatine when I take this.
