Usage

Best bang for your buck!! While other gainers require you to consume 300g+ of powder to get 50g of protein, this produce is a high protein formula, only requiring you to consume 155g of powder for 53g protein! Meaning it’s less likely to give you a bloated stomach ache. The tradeoff being that it contains a significantly lower amount of carbohydrates (about half as much on average) compared to most of the other gainers, so there are fewer calories per serving. So if you have a high metabolism like me, you will still need to “eat big”. “Then why not drink 2 scoops of regular protein powder to get 50g of protein?” Because for the same or cheaper price this product will give you the 3-4x the amount of calories. I’m an on and off gym goer, and for years I’ve used this product and it’s always helped me bulk back up when i havent hit the gym in a while.
